Birthday Number 5

On the eve of my middle baby turning 5 I am thinking about all of the wonderful things that she brings to our family. So I have decided to share a small list of her unique fabulousness.

~ She makes every day interesting. You can never be bored with this little bundle of energy running around.

~ She asks great questions. Have you ever wondered about how birds hear? Well, Bailey has. And she wants the real answers.

~ She has tea parties with Dinos and Princesses.

~ She feels very deeply. Tonight she cried as we said goodbye to number 4. Once when she was 3 she sobbed for 2 hours because her friends, the bubbles from the tub, were going down the drain.

~ She is funny. Especially when she is not trying to be.

~ She is the house expert on Dinosaurs. If you aren't sure about whether you are looking at a Leptopterygius or any other Icthyosaur she is your girl!

~ Her smile is so big that it can brighten any day, no matter how gloomy.

~ Even though she is the ripe old age of 5 she still loves to snuggle her Mama. Or anyone else who happens to be around.

~ Her heart is sweet. She loves to do things to make other people smile. I want to be like that when I grow up.

There is really no way to put into words why Bailey is so awesome. So I think I will just end with.
