First of all don't grab my arm and tell me I am unloading my groceries onto the belt wrong. Because as someone who was physically abused grabbing my arm almost ALWAYS ends up in an unconscious rebuttal. So you are super lucky you don't have a black eye. Besides how and what I choose to put on the belt is my business and not yours. Just do your job and check them and put them in the bag. DO NOT tell me that my putting two gallons of milk instead of just one on the conveyor is a burden to you and that I am asking too much for you to lift them both. That is your job that you get paid for, so deal with it.
Second, I don't care about how YOU like your groceries bagged. I want you to bag them how *I* want them bagged. I am the customer. Telling me that it saves you ten minutes to do them a certain way was laughable as that was the LONGEST transaction I have ever had in that store.
Third, and most importantly, please don't cough all over my food. SERIOUSLY. I am a germaphobe, but even if I weren't that is still gross. If you can't keep your lungs in your body stay home. Maybe with some Robitussin.
I would like you to know that I did report all of this behavior. To a girl who looked to be 12. I doubt anything will be done about it because of the brush off I got when I stated my issues. I also would like you to know that from this day forward I will go to EVERY other store in this town before I resort to stepping one foot in your establishment.

Ugh!! That's awful! T hate Wal Mart and try to avoid going there at all costs. So sorry you had that experience!

ReplyDeleteMe too. I don't go there very often. I will go there less often now. I got horrendous service in the bakery as well. I waited 20 minutes only for someone to tell me I had to wait another half hour for someone who knew what they were doing back there. Not so much. I went straight to the store manager this time!
