Today I am potty training the most obstinate child I know. My three year old Bailey. She is almost 4 so it is definitely time.
I ran out of pull ups this morning. That is how this all started. Actually it started 2 YEARS ago! That is when I first tried to potty train this precious girl. She looked at me and said NO. About a month ago I put her on the potty, sat there very patiently, nothing happened. I took her off and hand to the Lord she peed on the bathroom floor RIGHT in front of the potty. UGH!
So this morning I said to the precious baby, We are out of Pull ups. This is it. Pick your undies and let's go outside with your potty chair. In the first hour we had 2 unsuccessful trips to the chair and a pee pee accident outside. Not looking good. We headed indoors to change underoos. Meanwhile, I am praying to God to help her feel it. I got involved in Facebook for 4 seconds and couldn't find her. The little cherub was GOING ON THE POTTY! WHOOO HOOO! Twice she has gone now!
My baby girl is so proud of herself! I am proud too! Praying that it lasts and that she can become the BIG girl she wants to be! :)
