Hands

This lovely woman named JJ Heller suffered from a panic disorder for a while. She wrote this song in the midst. I  personally sing it to myself in the middle of panic and it helps. A great friend of mine told me his secret to calm in the middle of chaos was to imagine being curled up in God's mighty and gentle hands. That has helped me so tremendously that I just had to share it with you. I am going to write the lyrics out for you here and I am also going to add the you tube video so you can take a listen. The words alone are just beautiful and so hard hitting.
